Radioactive Material results from Nuclear explosions or from Fission Reactor explosions. Upon contact it causes instant radiation poisoning.

A full Hazmat Suit can be worn to gain immunity to radiation poisoning.

Radioactive Material will spread like grass, but at a slower rate, eventually making large areas uninhabitable. It is therefore important to clear away all the radioactive material as fast as possible, to avoid contamination of the world.
