The construction pump is based around the ideal of real world pumps. It needs an input pipe set connected to at least one Fluid Drain. Then it needs an output pipe set connected to something it can pump water into.

Connections

Pipes can only connect to the opposite side the face texture renders too.

How to use

Right-Click with a fence with rotation the drain to face you.

The drain must be under the surface of the liquid in order to drain the liquid. This creates a design challenge when draining lava lakes in the nether. However, the drain's speed out weighs the time it takes to place the drain in a position.

A) Fill it with water using pipes will cause it to add liquid into the world. This doesn't require any machines. can be done with a pipe and a tank.

B) Connect the drain to a construction pump and set it to drain sources. The drain will then supply the pump with access to fluid.
