The wire mill is a machine that allows you to obtain cables at a greater material efficiency than using a hammer and saw, at the cost of a great amount of electricity and time. To use it, just put any ingot that you can craft into uninsulated wire into the to slot, and feed it power, either via cables, or a battery in the bottom slot.
Superconductor Wire can only be made using a wire mill, and requires a full stack of superconductor ingots, as well as an abysmal amount of energy.
