This instruction works on both server and client.
- Download and Install Minecraft Forge (universal) by dragging files into the minecraft.jar file.
- Download Basic Components (or Universal Electricity for older versions) - Download link can be found at http://universalelectricity.com/.
- Drag Basic Components into the mods folder located in the minecraft directory.
- Run and Play!
- Feel free to add any additional mods.
If this sounds too complicated, go check out the Voltz Mod Pack, which is a collection of mods compatible with the Universal Electricity API. Everything is installed automatically.
