Coercion Deriver

The Coercion Deriver is machine used to generate fortron from lapis lazuli or electricity from fortron.
To generate fortron, it needs an electricity supply (The input can be everywhere) and some lapis lazuli.
It may be linked to a Fortron Capacitor by using a Frequency Card, it will transfer fortron to the capacitor.
