RedPower is not included in the Voltz mod pack as it has its own energy system (Blutricity), and thus defeats the idea of Universal Electricity, which is unifying all types of energy into one.
However, if you are creating your own mod pack, the tubes from RedPower can be used to load Railguns, and Missile Launchers.
